Do you want to give back to your community? Newly arrived in Canada? Do you need to complete volunteer or community service hours before graduating from high school? Do you have specific skills you would like to share?

We have several volunteer opportunities available at different times of the year. You can review our volunteer postings below to see what inspires you and where there might be a good match. Then fill out the application form to start the application process, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Volunteer – give your time and talents and gain rewarding experiences

We offer various volunteer opportunities (some on an occasional on-call basis) that make a tangible contribution to the Centre’s programs and activities.

Our placements involving children and youth require a vulnerable sector police record check. Once you have completed your application and if your candidacy is accepted, we will provide you with a letter to start this process free of charge with the Ottawa police.
