Programs & Services
We offer free programs and activities for Lowertown residents of all ages.
Counseling, emergency support and services for adults
Our social support workers provide information, advocacy and referral to services within the Centre and also to external agencies. We offer crisis or short term bilingual counseling for individuals and families.
Food and housing help
We offer various emergency food help – through food distribution and food bank – and our partner Action Housing helps residents with housing needs.
Activities for youth
The Children and Youth Program offers a variety of programs and activities for Lowertown Children and Youth ages 6 to 30. From sports to youth committees to camps and after-school programming.
Community activities
Our Community Development program supports community based groups and organizations, engagement in social action, and the identification of community needs and future project development.
Activities for seniors
We offer check-ins and annual art programs for seniors in Lowertown.
