Au Centre – 40, rue Cobourg :
- Services à l’accueil avec nos intervenantes de soutien et de crise – offerts par téléphone de 10h à 15h du lundi au vendredi au 
(613) 789-3930 

À la Maison communautaire – 145, promenade Beausoleil :
- Distribution alimentaire dehors les mardis de 16h à 19h30 et les mercredis de 10h à 13h30
- Service de réception téléphonique au
(613) 569-2925 du lundi au jeudi de 10h à 13h

At the Centre - 40 Cobourg Street:
Intake services with our support and crisis workers- offered by phone from 10 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday at 
(613) 789-3930 

At the Community House - 145 Beausoleil Drive:
- Food distribution outside every Tuesday from 4 pm to 7:30 pm and Wednesday from 10 am to 1:30 pm
- Telephone reception service at (613) 569-2925, Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm
